SEEKWELL uses our own staff for local deliveries
All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt.
SEEKWELL will endeavour to get stock to you in the most expedient time frame. Please allow up to FIVE business days for SEEKWELL to process and deliver your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Unless you require urgent delivery, all goods will be delivered within Australia at no cost.

Urgent deliveries will be charged at cost price.  Please contact salesorders@seekwell.com.au for an estimate.

* All shipping costs are based on the weight /size of your order, where it is being shipped to and the shipping method selected.  

RETURNS - REFUNDS

What is our refund policy?
We are pleased to offer our customers their choice of a refund or replacement of an item if purchased at a full or reduced price:

·         Is not of acceptable quality; OR

·         Is not fit for the intended purpose; OR

·         Does not match the sample or description given.

We do regret that we cannot provide a refund(s) on any “cold chain” delivered products. 

·        Cold chain products have to be kept at certain temperatures to ensure integrity.  These products cannot be returned as we cannot confirm their integrity.
